A 1 Pet Sitting 4 U offers a multitude of services for an assortment of pets. We also provide various home services which will suggest to the general public that your home is occupied during your absences. These services undoubtedly act as crime deterrents. Simply choose the schedule and services you desire,
and we'll do the rest.
Pet Services:

Dog Walking Rates:
25 minute visit, including up to 2 dogs
$17 p/visit

20 minutes, up to 4 pets

Medicine Administration Rates:
A 1 Pet Sitting 4 U will gladly administer pills, liquid or ointment medications during scheduled visits.
$2 additional for pills/per pet, per visit
$4 additional per Insulin Shot, per visit
$5 additional for Front Line Tick
Key Retrieval/Return:
A 1 Pet Sitting 4 U will make an extra trip to retrieve a
house key should one not be available for retrieval during the initial consultation visit. Once a rapport has been established,
it is advisable to keep a key on file as a "Ready Key" to avoid future charges. All keys are labeled with Pets' Names and
A1 Pet Sitting 4 U contact information ONLY
and are secured at all times.
$12 per Key Retrieval or Return
Cancellation Fee:
Each pet sitting session will be specifically set aside for your beloved pet. If you are unable to cancel within 48 hours of a scheduled session, a Cancellation Fee will be billed to you. Payment will be due within 14 days of the canceled session.
